\n1. Individual training
\n
\nIndividual training always same as roles they are playing.
\n
\n2. Tips
\n
\n- Opposition Instructions - ask your Assistant on the beginning of every match and at half-time. Don't use Hard Tackling in order to avoid Red Card unless you are losing.
\n- buy good coaches, remember more coaches you have your tactics will be fluid quickly and your players will develop better
\n- do not buy more then 4 new players to first squad on transfer window
\n- start a season with minimum 7 friendly games to get the tactics fully fluid
\n- do the motivation talks with your team every 6 matches and ALWAYS praise them whey they winning
\n- praise your players individually when they perform well and warn when they are lazy
\n- change to Positive mentality in hard away games or when you are winning with min. 2 goals
\n- remove Tackle Harder instruction from the players when you are winning min 3 goals and match is under the control to avoid yellow cards
\n- remove Tackle Harder in Player Instructions from booked player during the match (if there is one)
