It's a basic 4-4-2 and that's the only basic thing about it. Your front 2 strikers will score a lot of goals and your wingers will make a lot of assists with a good defensive shape as well. On FM22 my favourite instructions for wingers was aim at near post and cross from the byline and still works well on FM23. Check the video out for the results.
