The Tactic I used for all of the 12th Man network save, winning 2x league titles and numerous cups with both Anderlecht + Vitoria (11 other people also spread over 3 leagues). (I took over Anderlecht while they were floating around the 13th spot, only to go on to lose only 2 games for the rest of the season and win the league on the final day of the Belgian championship playoffs against another human manager who had been dominating the league).

Explosive counter attacking football with extremely high pressing numbers to contain teams. Pretty much guaranteed high xG with this monster.
