Creator's Notes
This is the tactic I am using in the German third division to punch above my weight. Am currently in 3rd with a recently promoted team projected to finish 19th and one of the leagues lowers payrolls. The only important instructions to keep in mind that are not shown in the tactic are individual player instructions on the SS and the PF to "tight mark" and "mark specific player" on the fullbacks. This prevents them from overwhelming you on the overlaps, which makes your defense much stronger. Most players also have the "shoot less" instruction on to encourage passing, but that is a personal personal preference and you might want to remove those instructions if you like taking 30-40 shots a game trying to score a goal or two.
Also having a TM type of forward in the Poacher position (I've found the tactic works better without an actual TF) works really well as my boy Christian Beck was the leading goal scorer in the division every year even in his mid-thirties and with 7 pace/8 acceleration. If you have smaller forwards change the tactic to low crosses, but given how much the tactic relies on producing crosses it probably will not work as well without a target.
Enjoy!
