The tactics layout is pretty basic and relies on a lot of support from the fullbacks. Your LB should be decent going forward for this to work and your LCM should have decent scoring capabilities.

It's a tactic that will not be plug n play, but if you give like half a season, it has worked for me both in AS Roma and teams like 1860 München in past saves.
