Very standard 4231. Depending on what kind of wingers and fullbacks you have, you can also use a combination of IWB+Winger on Support, Fullbacks on Attack+Wingers on Attack.
Still looking for a better role than the DLP and haven't really considered anything other than a Sweeper on Support.
In my experience, this tactic works extremely well if you're the dominant team.
