All players with the exception of the CBs and GK, need to be quick (pace, acceleration), good balance, high dribbling, and good at making decisions for this to work well.

If you concede a lot of goals, further lower the defensive line, of if you need to score increase it.

OIs are also recommended if you not what to do or trust your assistant manager.
