Pretty offensive tactic. My guess is it work because of the talent in the team. I do seem to struggle with teams that are purely set on counterattacks. The screenshot is in Dutch, Left side has IWB with a Winger as attacking partner. Right side has AWB with IW.
Midfiels has a duo of Playmaker in front of the Defence and a Dynamic Midfielder. Attacking partnership is a F9 with a Shadowstriker.
